Refund Policy

Clients must provide notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Clients must notify the office via text or phone call to 956-203-0198 no less than 24 hours from their appointment scheduled for cancellations or reschedules or they forfeit their payment. Unfortunately, this is a requirement to reduce no shows

so, we can accommodate other individuals who need to be seen.

Refunds cannot be given if the services are rendered, therefore, if you were given one hour of therapy, and it was utilized, it's a fee for service already used.
